- An annual event held at two venues: one in the North Island and the other in the South Island.
- All secondary schools may enter one team of three shooters.
- Team names are to be supplied with the entry form.
- Shooting using rests is not permitted. All team members shoot 2 x 10-shot targets.
- Medals are presented to the 1st, 2nd and 3rd individual shooters, and to the 1st, 2nd and 3rd teams. A framed certificate will be awarded to the winning school and all participants will receive certificates.
