Congratulations to the following members on scoring a new PB this week: Anna 192.5 (20-shot), Erin Little 100.4 (estimated – if successful will be her first ever 100, well done!), Connor Smith 95.2, Richard Palmer 93.3, William Chen 93.2 (estimated), Ethan Haigh 91.3 (estimated), Amy Nathanson 91.1 and Aiden d’Souza 89.3.  It is great to see the continual improvement.

The top four D Graders this week were Connor Smith 95.2, Qiyun Goh 94.3, Richard Palmer 93.3, and William Chen 93.2, while Matthew Canlas, Melchior Meares, Casey Israelson, and Jack MacCormick all recorded 92s.  Erin Little’s 100.4 was best in C Grade followed by Oscar Robinson with 96.5 and Greg Mason with 96.1 (all estimated).  Georgia Karantze led B Grade this week with 96.2, and Wiko du Toit, Craig Fair and Callum Osborne all scored 95s.  Pratik Tailor scored best in the higher grades with 100.4, and in the 20-shot competition with 199.13.

Wellington have moved to 3^rd position in Division 2 in the NDC competition, following a loss to Eastern Force on Thursday night.  Pratik Tailor gained Wellington a bonus point in this match with an ultimate 100.10 as part of his 20-shot target.  Oscar Robinson scored 192.7 to again be top Wellington junior.  Wellington face lowest-ranked Wanganui in Round 4 on 29 June.

Six Brooklyn members competed in the Hutt Valley Open Champs last weekend.  Dianne Grain won A Grade with 294.17 while Meredith Ackrill achieved the best Brooklyn score of 295.18.

Results from Round 1 of the Triple S Champs and Round 2 of the Wellington Closed Champs should be available later this week.

A working bee will be held at our Bell Road building (2 Bell Road, Brooklyn) on Saturday 17 June, commencing at 9am.  Please come along and help out with either indoor cleaning or outdoor maintenance (or both) and take the opportunity to see where the club will be shooting once the renovation work has been undertaken.

Next Sunday evening we host Round 3 of the interclub competition.  Interclub squads are at 7.45pm, 8.15pm and 8.45pm, with 10-shot squads available for members before and between each of the graded interclub matches.  Up to 20 members from other clubs will be present during the evening, so please ensure space is available for their equipment.
